Luca, a handsome middle-class guy, during a dull night at the disco is unexpectedly attracted to Susy, a girl who is not quite compliant with the standards of perfection he is accustomed to. Will he overcome the fear of his friends' judgment and come on to her?

David Barbieri was born in Florence in 1994. At the age of seventeen he began studying Directing and Acting. In 2016 he received a scholarship from Ivana Chubbuck Studios in Los Angeles, where he perfected his professional training and began working on the first sets. In 2017 he directed some commercials. His first short film "F **k different" (2018) premiered at Roma Creative Contest winning Best Screenplay.

David Barbieri nasce a Firenze nel 1994. All’età di diciassette anni comincia a studiare Regia e Recitazione. Nel 2016 consegue una borsa di studio agli Ivana Chubbuck Studios di Los Angeles, dove perfeziona la sua formazione professionale e comincia a lavorare sui primi set. Nel 2017 cura la regia di alcuni spot pubblicitari. Il suo primo cortometraggio “F**k different” (2018) ha la sua anteprima al Roma Creative Contest vincendo Miglior Sceneggiatura.
