Mattia Ramberti, born in Rome, Italy, in 1990, is an Italian director. After several years as a writer and creative producer for VICE and FremantleMedia, Mattia started directing in 2021 with his debut video “Yoshi Funabashi”, grabbing the attention across international festivals, with inclusion in the 1.4 New Directors Showcase and bringing home awards like best portrait film at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival and 30+ selections. His last short film “Reem Al Shammary - The Bedouin Boxeur” (2023) had its International premiere at the Oscar qualifying Big Sky Documentary Film Festival 2024.

Dopo aver lavorato per diversi anni come scrittore e produttore creativo per VICE e FremantleMedia, nel 2021 dirige la sua opera d’esordio “Yoshi Funabashi”. Il suo cortometraggio viene incluso nel 1.4 New Directors Showcase, ottiene il premio per il miglior film ritratto al Berlin Fashion Film Festival e più di 30 selezioni a festival internazionali.
